Goldendoodle Sizes & Pricing
Petite Goldendoodle
Petite Goldendoodles (sometimes called “toy” size) are the smallest size Goldendoodle, and very desirable for many dog owners. These petite pups are typically less than 25 lbs as adults, and less than 14 inches (at the withers).
Mini Goldendoodle
Miniature Goldendoodles are the second smallest size Goldendoodle, and highly sought after puppies. Minis are typically 26-35 lbs, and 14-17 inches (at the withers).
Medium Goldendoodle*
Medium Goldendoodles are 17-21 inches (at the withers), and typically 36-50 lbs.
Some of our Mini Goldendoodle grow tall enough to classify as a very small “Medium Goldendoodle” by GANA Standards.
Specialty Coats | Parti
Some coats are rare, take extra care to breed, and add a premium value to a puppy. Likewise, these top picks come at an additional cost. Extra rare coats may add an additional $1000 (Instead of $500)
Standard Goldendoodle*
Standard Goldendoodles are over 21 inches (at the withers), and typically over 50 lbs. These puppies can get very large!
Petite & Mini Goldendoodles
Petite & Mini Goldendoodles
At Smith Family Doodles, we specialize in breeding Petite and Mini Goldendoodles with loving temperaments and silky, low-shed coats. Our small Goldendoodles are the perfect size for families and individuals living in the suburbs or in the city — whether living in a large house or a small apartment.
Most of our clients prefer smaller dogs, so we don’t usually breed Medium or Standard Goldendoodles. If you are interested in a larger Goldendoodle, please put in a request and we will consider a larger size for a future litter.
Note: Each litter and puppy is slightly different, but our Goldendoodles tend to weigh less than the breed standards above. For example, our dam Coco is considered a Mini-Goldendoodle per her height, but a Petite Goldendoodle per weight (she’s only 21 lbs, but 16 inches at the withers).
Deposits
Submit a deposit to reserve a puppy in a current, upcoming litter or future litter.
CURRENT & UPCOMING LITTERS
Submit a deposit to secure your reservation in a current or upcoming litter. The order we receive deposits will determine the order new owners are matched with a puppy in a litter (pick order).
Deposits are non-refundable, unless there are no puppies available to reserve. If for some reason a litter pick doesn’t work out, we will forward the deposit to a future litter

New Puppy Package 1
Includes a puppy harness, Snuggle puppy & extra toy or treats.
New Puppy Package 2
Package includes a Snuggle Puppy, harness, and a Mr. Peanuts car/airline pet carrier.
Puppy Kindergarten
Help your puppy get a great start on their training with our optional puppy kindergarten.
PUPPY Pre-School, WEEK 1
We’ll work on basic commands as well as take the next steps in crate training, potty training (house breaking) and encouraging positive behaviors. It’s a big step in creating a happy and well-mannered puppy.
PUPPY PRE-SCHOOL, WEEK 2
Puppies learn with consistency and lot of repetition! For puppies who attended pre-school Week 1, we can add one more week of care and training in our home. We’ll solidify all the skills learned in pre-school week one, expand their socialization, and build upon those skills to better prepare your puppy for their new home.

Puppy Harness
Get a harness that’s already fitted and ready for your puppy on take home day. While all new puppies go home with a small collar and leash, we highly recommend our owners purchase a harness for their puppy.
Snuggle puppy
This sleep aid naturally eases separation anxiety and helps with the transition to their new home. It also helps with crate & kennel training by reducing barking, whining and anxiety for your dog at night. Snuggle Puppy is a best friend for your best friend!
Airline Pet Carrier
For those traveling a distance to pick up their pup, this is the perfect option! This pet carrier is airline compliant for in-cabin and is small enough to fit under the seat. Quality construction that is built to last, and great for a Goldendoodles puppy.
Backpack Pet Carrier
Excellent for in-cabin airline use, designed to lay on its padded side for pet comfort and ease of under seat compatibility. Converts from traditional pet carrier to backpack for ease of use.
Grass pee Pad System
To help with the transition to their new home, we recommend using a grass system similar to what we use during their first weeks of training. The grass potty can be used inside or outside as a preparation and alternative to going on real grass.
